I rarely leave home without a camera. Certainly when traveling to far away or particularly scenic destinations, photographing takes up a large proportion of my time. I have learned to shoot on the run lest I burden my traveling companions with my obsession. If I want to have time for serious photography, I am better off with a tour that caters to the likes of me.
I have nothing but gratitude to my wife for putting up with me and for acting as my personal bearer. She is a saint.
